CCP – COACHING & CHANGE PROGRAMME – The Leadership Challenge

In a rapidly changing market environment the economic, political and financial pressures that challenge the aerospace, defence and communications industries require leaders to perform through working together. In this ever-altering context, performance means to effectively manage and lead multicultural teams through change, thus calling for greater knowledge of self and others.

The Leadership Challenge provided by the Coaching & Change Programme offers three days that help delegates to see business growth beyond the usual boundaries of departments, organisations, industries, countries and even their present mindset. Managers have to experience diversity and refocus their own individual growth, this understanding will deeply change and improve their approach to work and multicultural team leadership.

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA

Delegates for the Coaching & Change Programme come from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. They share a common need for knowledge, skills and techniques required to successfully lead international teams.

Delegates should:

- Lead multi-cultural teams
- Be experienced in the industry (>5 years)
- Be prepared to actively participate
- Be used to comfortably interact, write and work in English
