MMP – MANAGEMENT FOR MANAGERS PROGRAMME – The Diversity Challenge

Profound changes within the aerospace, defence and communication markets have occurred in recent years. This pace of change will continue as the competition to establish market leadership increases against a background of diminishing budgets and equipment expenditure, encouraging transnational partnerships to shape the future of the industry.

The industry must ensure that its managers are prepared to meet the challenges of working together on an international scale, providing them with skills to overcome cultural barriers and work effectively in teams.

The Diversity Challenge provided by the Management for Managers Programme offers three days in which delegates explore diversity barriers and receive tools to overpass them. It offers a unique enriching experience in clarifying personal and company values into an internationally diverse setting. Boosts communication skills and behaviours to manage projects in terms of cultural efficacy.

ENROLLMENT CRITERIA

Delegates for the Management for Managers Programme come from different functions of the aerospace industry but share a common need for understanding, knowledge and skills in dealing with key cross-cultural issues.

Delegates should:

- Work or be about to work in a multicultural environment
- Have at least 2-3 years management experience in the industry
- Be used to comfortably interact, write and work in English
