Massimo Alessandro Visigalli is the CEO of Infinity – The International Institute of Behavioral Development and Unconventional Education:
A creative management consulting association. Trendsetter in instructional design, experiential learning, and organizational intelligence. His academic backgrounds include several years of research in neuropsychiatry and clinical psychology. His work with international corporations is focused on resolving cross-cultural disfunctions and providing a high energy frame to support individual and environmental change.His belief is that each individual should be developed as a whole: physically, cognitively, emotionally and spiritually. Access to such development happen only through consciousness raising and taking responsibility and actions consistently with own value set.

francesca saracino

Partner and co-founder of Infinity – Unconventional Education, leading Italian company in the business of People and Creative Organizational Development. Dual background, both Italian and English, she holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Occupational and Industrial Psychology through further education and work experience at the University of London in 1989. She completed her professional certifications in People Development at Bocconi University in Milan. Her multinational organizational background (SHL, American Express and Pfizer) has provided her with high visibility in the field of designing and delivering development initiatives such as training events, workshops, conventions. Evaluating people’s potential and generating higher awareness for individuals, groups and organizations is her main field of activity. She provided management consulting and executive coaching for most of all 300 clients for which Infinity offers its products and services. Some examples: Bayer, Fiat Group, Alenia, Pirelli, Motorola, Alitalia, Colgate Palmolive, Coca Cola.

ernesto lopez pino

Spanish nationality, original from Madrid, he firstly joined Procter & Gamble where he worked as communication planner for EMEA zones. MBA by Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and SDA-Bocconi in Milan, he joined L'Oréal in Paris as a Marketing Manager for Perfumes. He joined INFINITYWSA as Marketing Manager and trainer for Cultural Awareness. He speaks fluent French, English, Italian and Spanish. He has a rich experience in communication techniques and Aerospatiale and defence industry research. Due to his international background, he has gained strong negotiation and management skills. Creative and open-minded, he delivers eclectic approaches to the highest levels of professional and personal excellence.

Daniel Schmid

Controller of Infinity - Unconventional Education and Partner of Infinity Entertainment.
Swiss nationality, has been resident in Italy for 14 years.
He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and has a 10 years experience in basic research. He then joined the Training & Development Division of a multinational Company where he acquired his experience in designing and delivering training programmes and workshops for individual development on all organisational levels.
Joining Infinity, he combined his multinational organisational experience (Novartis, Merck, Organon, Pfizer) with his multilingual skills (German, Italian, English) to deliver Individual and Organisational Development Programmes in all Europe for most clients of Infinity.
Some Companies worked for within the last two years: Nike, Pirelli, Johnson Electric, MTS Group, Basell, Red Bull.

Reinhard Wein

Reinhard Wein, originally from Hamburg, Germany has lived and worked in Ireland, UK, Greece and Pakistan.
He has a rich experience in executive management positions Training and Educational Institutes in Germany and abroad during which time he has been in high demand as a leadership coach as well as consultant providing Organizational and Team development for German and Multinational companies.
Reinhard Wein has an educational background in Economics and Business Studies further enhanced by training in Psycho-Drama and experiential learning.
